Other than for fixed-fee services purchased through this website (see below), a professional engagement is not created by use of this website, by an enquiry submission, or by an initial consultation. It only arises once terms of engagement have been agreed in writing.

Fixed-fee services purchased online

Certain services — including protection works services and feasibility reports — can be purchased directly through this website for the fixed fees displayed. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

Purchasing one of these services creates a professional engagement with F. R. Perry & Associates Pty Ltd limited to the scope set out in the relevant service description at the time of purchase. Delivery of each stage depends on you providing the documents and information the service requires; timeframes run from when we have what we need.

Because fixed-fee work commences promptly after payment, fees are not refundable for change of mind once work has begun. If you believe something has gone wrong with a service you have purchased, contact us at info@townplanning.com.au and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
