Statutory Planning
Practically every property development proposal of significance will require planning approval. The complexity of the system, where the proponent must ensure that all appropriate information is provided, can often be difficult and time-consuming to navigate.
Perry Town Planning can ease the application process by calling on their extensive experience across a range of specialties.
These include:
- Medium density
- Dual occupancy developments
- The sub-division of land
- Extensions to existing dwellings
- Retail developments (shopping centre expansions/development)
- Mixed-use developments
- Religious buildings
- Educational facilities (including kindergartens)
- Advertising signs
- Changes of use permits (existing buildings/parcels of land)
- Heritage overlays
- Environmental planning
